This article was really helpful. I haven’t tried LeadPages yet, but I know many colleagues who use it–now I understand why.

I’m a Lead Pages and AWeber raving fan customer!
I love how you give real examples of how to grow my list.
The content upgrade tip is something new to me and I’ve been seeing it around blogs lately. So you opened up a whole new world to me.

Thanks for the suggestions! The tip about an exit pop-up is a great one. I actually never realized that I could use this. Most of the time it is used for a survey about the website itself.

Great tips. I use both Aweber and Lead Pages. I’m working to get them working full time for me. I have a pop up box on my site, but I need to create a welcome gate box, then an exit pop up when they leave. I’m creating a lead magnet using a discount on the first order for subscribing. I’m also writing a check list to grab using Lead Pages. I want several things out there with different offerings so they appeal to different people. I’ve been working all week just on social media and email marketing. Still have the weekend to get some things set up.

    Hi Liz,
I really enjoyed this article. I’m already using some of the strategies you’ve mentioned but will definitely implement the ones I’m not yet using. Thanks.
