AWeber Appoints Sarah Thomas as Director of Customer Solutions
Chalfont, Pa. June 13, 2014 – AWeber – Email Marketing is pleased to announce it has named Sarah Thomas as Director of Customer Solutions. Thomas has more than a decade of leadership experience in sales, customer service, technical support and retention. Thomas will oversee efficiency and operations of the company’s industry-leading customer solutions team which serves to meet customer needs through phone calls, online chats and social media channels.
Thomas is no stranger to managing teams to drive results. For nearly eight years, she was an Associate Director at T-Mobile where she led and developed a large team of over 1,000 technical support professionals servicing over 20 million customers. She is also credited with improving employee satisfaction from 65% to 89%. Other leadership roles include a Senior Manager role at DirecTV and most recently, leading a Global Support Operations team at Netflix.

Thomas’ responsibilities as AWeber’s Director of Customer Solutions will include seven key categories: team support, hiring, training, performance management, customer retention, technical issues and development.
