Email Template Contest: Submission Guidelines


All winning templates will be featured on the AWeber blog, along with the designer’s name and a link to their site. Winning templates will also be made available for use by AWeber customers.

The designer of the top winning template will receive PRIZE TBD.


In order to be considered an eligible candidate, submitted templates must be:

  • Built on one of the following three templates (click to download):

  • Designed for use as marketing emails. Width should not be extended beyond 600 px. Vertical design should be flexible, as length of email will vary during use. Templates should include enough whitespace to accommodate the addition of text and image content by users.
  • Submitted in the form of .psd (Photoshop) files. Selected templates will be coded by the AWeber design time for use by the AWeber community.
  • Originally designed for this contest, not submitted to any other contests or used in any other capacity.

Entrants do not need to be an AWeber customer or affiliate to qualify for this contest.

Method of Entry

Files should be uploaded to the public folder of a document sharing service (such as DropBox, NEWave or iCloud).

The link to download template files should be emailed to with the subject line, “Template Design Contest, Attn: Justin.”


All entries should be submitted by DOW, MO/DD/YY. Entries will be judged by a panel of AWeber’s marketers and designers.

The winner(s) will be announced by DOW, MO/DD/YY via the AWeber blog. Winners will also be notified at the email address used for submission.
