Record snowfalls are piling up across the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

As part of this, we are expecting to receive another 12 to 20 inches of snow starting overnight on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 and continuing through Wednesday, February 10.

While we might be able to get to the office in the morning, it’s highly unlikely we’d be able to get home at the end of the day Wednesday – and while we offer a lot of great benefits to AWeber team members, sleeping bags aren’t among them ;)

So our Customer Solutions Team will be unavailable on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

We’ll be back on Thursday, February 11 at 8:00 a.m. EST to answer your questions via phone, email and livechat. If you have any questions on Wednesday, please use the form on the contact us page and we’ll answer them in the order received on Thursday morning.

Update Wed 2/10 at 9:22PM EST: The Philadelphia, PA region has been plastered with record snow fall totals in excess of 18 inches. Nearly all major highways in the area have been completely closed all day today and are not expected to reopen until sometime Thursday. Our team is completely buried and will be unable to safely make it into the office until Friday. Those of us with laptops have been monitoring any critical issues, but without a full team are unable to respond to all inquiries. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
